The fact that FAYE stops the show with her naive statements speaks well, once again, for the author. -- The fact that ALYSIA can go from such an amazing comedic peak into the depths of desperation in a seamless moment, and then allow her character to move forward as she struggles to maintain her carefree blonde facade is masterful work.
